Frequently Asked Questions:

• Can a single Luge ticket be split over different days?

  Luge rides on a single ticket cannot be split over different days.

• Can I buy extra Luge rides onsite?

  Yes, you can purchase extra Luge rides from the top of the Gondola.

• Are there any height or age restrictions?

  Children must be at least 6 years old and 110cm or taller to be allowed to ride the Blue Track unaccompanied.

  Children must be 135cm or taller to be allowed to ride the Red Track unaccompanied.

  Children under the age of 6 years old or under 110cm can ride the Luge in tandem on the Blue Track, with an adult aged 15+ years at a cost of $5 for unlimited rides (Future Luge Rider).

• Can I purchase a Gondola or Luge photo after my visit to Skyline?

  Due to the number of photos taken daily, we are unable to recover photos once you leave the complex. Photos must be purchased at the Luge or the base of the Gondola on the day.

• Is the Luge accessible to people with a disability?

  The Luge is open to people of all ages and abilities. At the Luge Supervisor’s discretion, our Luge team will assist in any way we can to enable a guest with a disability to enjoy the Luge experience. Please ask a staff member for assistance.
