Stratosfare Restaurant Terms & Conditions

Tickets purchased online are valid for the reserved date at the time of purchase. 

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. To use a Stratosfare Lunch or Dinner gift voucher, the holder must email us or call us on +64 3 441 0085 to make a confirmed booking.

For bookings made directly with our Reservations Team, you will be requested to provide credit card details to secure your booking. If you decide not to, your booking will not be confirmed. To avoid disappointment, we recommend providing your credit card details or pre-purchasing your booking.

Alternatively, if you have made a reservation without payment: The supplied credit card details are only held to secure your booking and payment will be collected on arrival at the Gondola base ticket office.

Stratosfare Restaurant Cancellation Policy

  • For reservations (outside of our Christmas & New Year's Eve period) cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 24 hours of your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Bookings are fully refundable and amendable provided cancellation/amendments are made no less than 72 hours before expected arrival.
  • In the event of a 'no-show', a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Skyline Queenstown reserves the right to cancel your booking in writing to your nominated e-mail address a minimum of 30 days prior to your reservation date. All cancellations will be granted a full refund.

Skyline Enterprises reserves the right to assess other cancellations on a case by case basis and any decision on refunds is entirely at the discretion of the Operator. Cancellation fees may apply.

Premium Dining Experience

Reservations are made on the understanding that window seats cannot be guaranteed. 

To guarantee yourself a window seat please choose our Premium Dining Experience upgrade. The package includes a house drink (soft drink, beer, wine or any of our cocktails), unlimited still or sparkling water, and best of all - a guaranteed window seat!

Please note that there is limited availability of upgrades for each sitting. Should you wish to upgrade to the Premium Dining Experience and this is not available online anymore, please book the standard Gondola and Dinner package and email us or call us on +64 3 441 0085 to inquire about the upgrade.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be held without full payment. Menus are subject to change without notice depending on seasonality and availability of items.

Christmas Lunch /Dinner cancellation policy

  • Any booking cancelled or amended after 03 December and before 17 December will incur a 10% cancellation/amendment fee.
  • For bookings cancelled or amended on or after 17 December, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • In the event of a ‘no-show’, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

New Year's Eve cancellation policy

  • Any booking cancelled or amended after 10 December and before 24 December will incur a 10% cancellation/amendment fee.
  • For bookings cancelled or amended on or after 24 December, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • In the event of a ‘no-show’, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
