We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to assist our Food and Beverage Supervisors with the day to day operation of our Restaurant, Cafe and Functions.
You will be required to train and develop new and existing staff, deal with guest queries and ensure our customer service standards are met.
If you are a natural leader, positive and have a friendly, customer service focused attitude, then this is the position for you. We are looking for someone that copes well under pressure, is reliable, enthusiastic and most of all has the ability to lead a successful team.
Applicants must have a minimum 2 years hospitality experience and ideally hold a hospitality or tourism qualification.
Skyline Rotorua is open 365 days a year so flexibility is a must! The successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts which may include weekends and public holidays.
