Beef and Lamb Award

A passion for creative food, a commitment to quality New Zealand-sourced produce and a highly-motivated team have resulted in the Skyline Rotorua team winning our first ever Beef and Lamb Excellence Award. We received the award for our Wagyu Angus-cross Scotch fillet and our Canterbury high country lamb and aubergine skewer with grilled vegetables. Both are dishes that are cooked to order from the “Art of the Grill” which sits alongside our buffet offering.
