Children between 0–3yrs are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.

Refunds: In the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances either of the following will apply;  

a)  A voucher to redeem a flight from Helipro validated for up to 1 week, if taking flight from Skyline Rotorua then no charge for Gondola Ride.

b)  In the event that a customer is unable to come back, an exchange for a complimentary dinner in the Cableway Restaurant will be provided for 1 adult with a complimentary glass of bubbles, tap beer, house wine or 2 non alcoholic beverages that evening.
